Digital Change & Communications Intern

As a Change & Communications - Intern at Airbus in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in the Governance team of the Digital function. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with different Digital domains to facilitate the Digital change request and communications pipeline for support. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the business needs and define the Change & Communication Scope aligned with internal customers. - Identify change audiences and conduct impact analysis with leaders/teams to evaluate change readiness. - Build and nurture sponsor relationships at all levels of the organization. - Assist in executing communication plans and co-developing change management plans. - Manage stakeholder expectations and generate content for mass communication requests. Success in this role will be gauged by your agile approach, responsiveness with innovative ideas, achieving customer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely project delivery.
