Here’s How You’ll Spend Your Time (70% Core Work)

• You’ll craft engaging, brand-aligned content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website pages.

• You’ll design visually appealing creatives, infographics, and marketing materials for digital and print platforms.

• You’ll collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize campaigns that align with business goals.

• You’ll proofread, edit, and ensure content accuracy, tone, and consistency across all communication channels.

• You’ll optimize content for SEO and social media engagement to increase reach and visibility.



The Exciting Growth Part (20% Strategic Projects)

• You’ll contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and campaign themes.

• You’ll help develop content strategies that enhance digital presence and audience engagement.

• You’ll explore emerging content formats such as reels, videos, and interactive posts to boost reach.

• You’ll support thought leadership initiatives, internal communication, and brand identity projects.



The Reality Check (10% Admin Stuff)

• Coordinating content schedules and design approvals with stakeholders.

• Maintaining an organized repository of content and design assets.

• Supporting marketing documentation and content version control.

What We Need From You

Must-Haves

• Minimum 6 months of experience in content writing and graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).

• Understanding of social media trends, digital content formats, and SEO basics.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
