Work Hours


Key Responsibilities :


  • Manage complex diary scheduling for Partners and senior staff; coordinate internal/external meetings and events
  • Oversee travel logistics (domestic + international), expense claims, and corporate credit card reconciliation
  • Prepare client meeting packs, board papers, presentations, and reports
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute follow-up actions
  • Assist with CRM updates, policy documentation, and process improvement initiatives


Ideal Candidate :


  • Prior EA/administration support experience, preferably in accounting or professional services
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
