Job Title: Specialist: Digital Advertising

Job Summary

Digital Advertising Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads, with support across other platforms as needed.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams to develop effective visual assets.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs.
Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns, especially Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Ads Manager (including Performance Max campaigns), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other paid channels is a plus.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Google Ads certification is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ecommerce, SaaS, or lead generation funnels.
Knowledge of SEO and how it complements SEM.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
