Position Summary

Digital Advertising Programmer

This position will involve extensive collaboration with industry stakeholders, in-depth research on emerging digital trends, and hands-on support for policy development. You will also manage existing operational processes and design new ones, while supporting industry events, including speaker research and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and execution of digital advertising initiatives and strategic programs.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, and policy developments affecting digital advertising.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and industry stakeholders including advertisers, agencies, platforms, and trade bodies.
• Manage and improve operational processes related to program execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, research, and onboard expert industry speakers for panels, roundtables, webinars, and conferences.
• Contribute to the drafting of reports, guidance documents, and policy recommendations.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide logistical and program support for events, working groups, and industry coalitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in journalism, advertising, marketing, creative, content etc
• Understanding of digital regulation
