Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling

  programmatic, brand, and performance marketing solutions

  .
• Identify and onboard new brands, agencies, and advertisers to expand business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, and brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Publisher Development, Strategy) to ensure campaign success.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Stay updated on digital media trends, programmatic ecosystem, and ad-tech innovations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in

  Digital Media / Programmatic Sales / Performance Marketing Sales

  .
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong network and established relationships with agencies, brands, and media buyers.
• Deep understanding of

  DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and programmatic ecosystem

  .
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
