Job Description

Job Title: Head of Sales - Diamond Jewellery

Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time


Experience: 10–15 years in B2B Diamond Jewellery Sales. Luxury/premium products experience is welcome. B2B is mandatory.

Reporting To: MD / CEO


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national sales and deliver revenue growth.
  • Drive business development, market expansion, and brand building.
  • Own key accounts and overall sales profitability.
  • Partner with production and design on product and pricing strategy.
  • Build data-driven sales plans, forecasts, and GTM strategies.
  • Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven leadership and team management in B2B environments.
  • Strategic, analytically strong, and decisive.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
