Job Description

About the Role

QHT Clinic is seeking a proactive and technically sound Dialer Manager to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple dialer systems including Data Tele and Avyukta. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless dialer operations both for remote and onsite teams, drive data churn efficiency, and support integration of dialer access for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day dialer operations across Data Tele, Avyukta, and other dialer platforms.
  • Troubleshoot dialer-related issues for remote and onsite employees and ensure minimum downtime.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimise dialer performance to improve call connectivity and productivity.
  • Handle dialer integration, configuration, and access provisioning for new employees.
  • Perform data churn, list management, uploading and recycling data regularly.
  • Work closely with operations, IT, and sales teams to maintain smooth dialing workflows.
  • Utilize LSQ (Lead Squared) lead management system for data mapping, tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain MIS, reports, usage logs, and performance analytics of dialer activities.
  • Coordinate with dialer vendors/service providers for updates, escalations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal calling protocols and data security guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dialer management (Data Tele, Avyukta preferred).
  • Strong understanding of dialer systems, routing, list management, and call center technology.
  • Basic knowledge of LSQ (Lead Squared) CRM or similar lead management platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely and onsite.
  • Flexible working approach and willingness to support teams across different shifts if required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with API integrations and dialer mapping.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, call center management, or tele-sales environments.
  • Knowledge of data segmentation and campaign optimization.

Compensation

  • Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
