Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dialer Executive located in Noida. The Dialer Executive will be responsible for managing and operating Tata dialing system, maintaining call logs, and ensuring accurate data entry for tracking outreach efforts. The role also involves performing outreach activities to generate leads and efficiently managing call lists.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating dialing systems and managing call lists
• 1 year of hands-on experience with Tata Dialer (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
