Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing company's overall supply chain, warehouse management, logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. Organize and manage material flows in the end-to-end process (Sales order to receipt of material by the customer).
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsible for Warehouse management, outward transportation, outside warehouse controls, safety & proper maintenance of Inventories.
Identification of potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling to ensure optimal balance between supply and demand.
Logistics Management & ensure safe and best logistics service with optimum cost, Timely delivery of billed materials to distributors.
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred B. Tech in Mechanical/ MBA in a related field
Minimum 18 years of experience in Supply chain, logistics & warehouse management, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
