Position Summary:

High Rise Real Estate Project

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

           •          Develop and implement the overall project execution plan for The Planet.

           •          Prepare and review project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.

           •          Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and quality parameters.

2. Site Management & Supervision

           •          Lead and manage all engineering and construction activities at the site.

           •          Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.

           •          Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

           •          Prepare project budgets and monitor cost variances.

           •          Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

           •          Approve contractor bills, variation claims, and ensure compliance with BOQ.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

           •          Enforce strict quality control measures throughout the construction process.

           •          Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.

           •          Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and environmental norms.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

           •          Identify, evaluate, and finalize contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

           •          Maintain strong relationships with consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.

           •          Resolve site-related issues and disputes effectively.

6. Reporting & Coordination

           •          Provide regular progress MIS reports.

           •          Highlight risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.

           •          Conduct review meetings with project teams and senior management.
