INNOFarms.AI is a DeepTech Agri-ClimateTech startup building an AI-powered full-stack farm intelligence and automation platform that combines AI, IoT, and robotics to transform food production. As we move into rapid growth, we’re seeking an expert to structure, standardize, and secure our technical foundation.

We need an experienced systems and DevOps consultant

Key Deliverables

1.GitHub Repository Audit & Structuring

• Review existing repositories and reorganize them into a clean, modular, and scalable structure.
• Implement standardized README and architecture documentation templates.
• Ensure that a new engineer can clone and build any component end-to-end without dependency issues.

2.CI/CD & DevOps Pipeline Review

• Audit existing Azure DevOps pipelines for code deployment and testing.
• Standardize and automate builds, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Recommend improvements for security, environment configuration, and rollback management.

3. JIRA & Confluence Setup / Optimization

• Review current JIRA projects and workflows for engineering tracking.
• Create Confluence structure for architecture, build steps, and feature documentation.
• Set up a clear “Developer Onboarding Kit” — one document or page that explains how to build, deploy, and test the platform.

4. Documentation & Handover

• Deliver a complete repository documentation pack:
• Repository structure map
• Build & environment setup guide
• Pipeline configuration reference
• Access & permission matrix (GitHub, Azure, JIRA)
• Conduct one knowledge transfer session with the Founder & CEO and Tech Team, Project Manager.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience in

  DevOps / Full-stack architecture / Cloud CI/CD

• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and JIRA/Confluence

• Proven ability to structure repos and document startup-scale systems for scalability

• Prior work with AI/IoT/SaaS startups

  preferred
• Immediate availability (can start within 3–5 days)
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills

Success in This Role Looks Like

1. A single developer (or new hire) can build and run the platform within 1 day using your documentation.

2. All repos, builds, and environments follow a clear naming and folder structure.

3. You deliver a plug-and-play documentation pack and train the internal team to maintain it.
