About The Role
Job title Devops Engineer(Looking for SQL, SSIS, release & deployment)
Work Location: Bangalore
Shift timings: 8.00am to 5.00pm or 12.00pm to 9.00pm
Work model: Hybrid model 3days office in a week
OVERALL OBJECTIVES

Application Deployment & Release Management

Execute deployments of eBIS and LabPM applications across environments and scopes.

Follow strict release processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure traceability and documentation of all deployment activities.

Proactive Monitoring & Incident Handling

Monitor system health and performance proactively.

Analyze and resolve issues when possible.

Escalate and collaborate with infrastructure (INFRA), database (DBA), and other support teams when needed.

Propose preventive actions to avoid recurrence of issues.

Environment & Infrastructure Coordination

Understand and manage dependencies between servers, certificates, permissions, and other infrastructure components.

Coordinate with INFRA and DBA teams to ensure readiness and stability of environments.

Work with various technical components such as ETL processes (e.g., SSIS), Web Services, Enterprise Service Bus (eESB)

Task & Dependency Management

Handle multiple tasks with interdependencies.

Ensure timely execution and alignment with project timelines.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain deployment documentation and contribute to knowledge base.

Suggest improvements to deployment processes and system reliability.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Initial Educational Background

BCA + 5 or equivalent in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Specialization in BI / Data

Languages requirementEnglish (working language)

IT Technologies

Microsoft BI Platform:

SQL

SSIS

SSAS

SSRS

Power BI / Fabrics (good to have)

Azure (good to have)

Around Microsoft BI Platform (Good to have)

Octopus

Powershell

C# .NET / Angular

TFS, GIT

Other relevant Microsoft development languages and products

Total ExperienceMinimum 4 to 5 years industry experience with at least 3 years in MS BI area

Qualifications
BCA + 5 or equivalent in Information Technology or equivalent experience
