Design and implement a containerized stack using

(focus on rootless & daemonless security architecture).
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (
K8s
, OpenShift optional) for scalable microservices orchestration.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using
Jenkins
or
GitLab CI/CD
.
Configure persistent and high-availability storage solutions using
NFS
,
HDFS
, or
Ceph
(with Rook integration).
Establish centralized logging and monitoring with
Prometheus + Grafana
,
ELK Stack
(ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana), or
Graylog
.
Integrate
LDAP / Active Directory / SSO
for secure user authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).
Deploy and configure
NGINX
or
Traefik
as a reverse proxy for secure traffic routing and SSL termination.
Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure is audit-ready and adheres to industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on 5+ years experience with
Docker
,
Podman
, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with
OpenShift
(nice to have, especially in regulated industries).
Experience configuring and managing
CI/CD
tools like Jenkins, GitLab.
Solid understanding of distributed file systems like
HDFS
,
Ceph
, and networked storage like
NFS
.
Experience with
Prometheus
,
Grafana
,
Kibana
,
ELK
, or
Graylog
for infrastructure observability.
Understanding of enterprise security integration:
LDAP
,
Active Directory
,
SSO
.
Proficiency in setting up and managing
NGINX
and/or
Traefik
.
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation and configuration.
Exposure to infrastructure in
air-gapped
or
isolated
environments is a plus.
