Role Description

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and scale our cloud infrastructure as we grow. You'll be responsible for building reliable, secure, and efficient systems that power our simulation platform, AI services, and customer-facing applications. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with our engineering team to streamline deployments, improve developer experience, and ensure our systems can handle GPU-intensive workloads at scale.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Railway, and Vercel Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments
Manage containerized microservices architecture (Docker, orchestration tools)
Set up and maintain GPU infrastructure for NVIDIA Isaac Sim and AI workloads
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive issue detection
Ensure security best practices across all environments (secrets management, access controls, network security)
Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability
Support real-time WebSocket infrastructure for simulation streaming
Collaborate with developers to improve local development environments and workflows

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC)
Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
Experience with PostgreSQL administration and optimization
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or similar)
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
Good understanding of networking, security, and Linux systems

Nice to have:

Experience with GPU cloud infrastructure (NVIDIA ecosystem, CUDA)
Familiarity with serverless platforms (Vercel, Railway)
Experience supporting AI/ML workloads and pipelines
Knowledge of WebSocket infrastructure and real-time systems
Experience with FastAPI or Python microservices
Background in robotics or simulation environments
