About the Role:

Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for automated build, test, and deployment.
Manage and optimize
cloud infrastructure
(AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Implement
infrastructure as code
using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Deploy, manage, and monitor
containers and orchestration platforms
(Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Configure and manage
logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Ensure
security and compliance
in deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Mentor junior engineers and drive best DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

9+ years of experience in
DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
.
Strong knowledge of
Linux/Unix administration
and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience with
containerization & orchestration
(Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in
IaC tools
(Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
Familiarity with
networking, load balancers, DNS, and security concepts
.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with
serverless computing
and
microservices architectures
.
Knowledge of
service mesh
(Istio, Linkerd).
Background in
performance tuning
and
cost optimization
for cloud workloads.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
