DevOps Engineer (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, and Linux administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with modern DevOps tools, eager to improve delivery pipelines, and capable of supporting development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS / Azure / GCP using EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, etc.

• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/K8s clusters).

• Write automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.

• Set up and manage monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK/EFK.

• Maintain configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.

• Manage Linux-based servers, troubleshoot performance issues, and automate routine tasks.

• Collaborate closely with developers to support deployment and release cycles.

• Work on infrastructure security, IAM policies, and enforcing least privilege.

• Participate in on-call rotations and handle production issues when required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration.

• Experience with AWS (preferred) or other cloud providers.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration basics.

• Experience in CI/CD using Jenkins or equivalent tools.

• Hands-on knowledge of Git and branching strategies.

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or other automation/IaC tools.

• Proficiency in scripting: Bash / Shell / Python.

• Understanding of networking concepts: DNS, Load Balancers, VPC, Security Groups.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Helm charts.

• Experience with Terraform modules.

• Experience working with microservices.

• Familiarity with security best practices and DevSecOps concepts.

• Experience with log aggregation systems (ELK/EFK).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ownership mindset and willingness to learn continuously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
