Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing and developing a team of advisors, and building strong business relationships. Additional responsibilities include leading strategic planning, achieving performance goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will play a key role in promoting life insurance solutions and fostering a thriving work environment focused on productivity and success.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills: Proven experience in driving sales, meeting targets, and developing business strategies.
• Team Management and Leadership skills: Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors while fostering collaboration and motivation.
• Communication and Relationship-Building skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to maintain customer and advisor relationships.
• Organizational and Analytical skills: Expertise in strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance management.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and markets: Familiarity with the life insurance industry, products, and compliance regulations is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Willingness to work in an on-site capacity in Ahmedabad.
