Experience:

1 to 3 Years

Location:

J 61 MIDC Bhosari, Pune

Job Profile-

Full product development cycle.
Concept design & 2D drawing creation using CAD software (preferably CREO, ARES, AutoCAD).
Coordination with the prototype manufacturing team for prototype development.
Conduct various tests on prototypes.
Preparation of part, assembly, and sub-assembly drawings with proper tolerance balancing.
Product benchmarking.
Material selection for new products.
Modifications to existing products for improved quality and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile-

Education: B.E. (Mechanical) with product design experience.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in consumer product design.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes for precision machine parts, sheet metal, die-casting & plastic parts.
Good knowledge of GD &T, Tolerance Analysis & design tools such as DFMEA, DFM etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of press tool, jigs, and fixtures design and manufacturing (desirable).
