Job Overview

We are seeking a Developer III – Enterprise Solutions with strong experience in ERP/CRM systems, specifically Kinaxis RapidResponse and S&OP planning. This role involves hands-on development, solution design, client interaction, and mentoring, working closely with global and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, process-oriented, and capable of translating business problems into scalable ERP/CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ERP/CRM applications with minimal supervision
• Analyze requirements and user stories; define and review technical solutions
• Design, code, debug, test, and document small to medium complexity modules
• Develop and execute unit tests with >95% test coverage
• Perform defect RCA, resolve production issues, and prevent defect recurrence
• Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality through automation and process improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban) and follow best practices
• Collaborate with clients under supervision for technical discussions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building
• Create and review technical and deployment documentation
• Support release activities and follow defined release processes
• Contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives such as case studies, hackathons, and knowledge sessions

Specialized Focus – Kinaxis & S&OP

• Design, implement, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse planning solutions
• Support S&OP processes, preferably in consumer product manufacturing
• Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA systems
• Provide production support and 24/7 on-call assistance when required
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining complex technical concepts to business users
• Work with offshore teams to deliver custom Kinaxis solutions

Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• 6+ years experience in S&OP planning
• ERP/CRM implementation and support experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
