Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DBT Core DBT Macros Data Transformation SQL Data Integration and Python. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. The role involves working on data-driven projects to enhance business processes and outcomes. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using DBT Core and DBT Macros to optimize data processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and accurate data flow across systems.
Utilize SQL to design implement and optimize complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
Implement Python scripts to automate data processing tasks and improve efficiency.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of data transformations.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high coding standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data transformation processes.
Document data transformation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on business operations.
Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and transformation within the organization.
Support the team in achieving project goals by actively participating in planning and execution phases.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in DBT Core DBT Macros SQL and Python essential for effective data transformation.
Demonstrate proficiency in data integration techniques to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges efficiently.
Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain enhancing data-driven decision-making.
Show strong communication skills in English both written and spoken to collaborate effectively with team members.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
