Developer

We are looking for a skilled Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience in application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java 8+/JEE application development architecture, frameworks, and technologies.

• Propose, design, and document solutions for feature enhancements and problem resolution.
• Collaborate, negotiate, and influence direction and decision-making to deliver quality solutions.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and evaluating systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively document artifacts and processes.
• Ability to anticipate needs and problems while creating solutions and be willing to ask difficult questions and take risks.
• Experience using Agile software development methodologies and test-driven development approaches.
• Expert knowledge in database applications (Postgres/MySQL/Oracle) is essential.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, Debian/Ubuntu/Linux is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Java 8+/JEE application development architecture, frameworks, and technologies such as Microservice, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Proficiency in Angular 6 and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SOAP, REST, JDBC, XML, Spring MVC, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to develop and guide a test-driven development approach using frameworks like Junit.
