Desktop Support Technician

As a Desktop Support Technician at our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support for desktop computers, applications, and related technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals - Providing technical support for software applications and operating systems - Assisting in maintaining LAN/WAN networks, servers, and related components - Responding promptly to IT support requests and inquiries from users - Setting up new user accounts, profiles, and addressing password issues - Conducting regular system updates and performing backups - Collaborating with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all systems To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and mobile devices - Experience in providing technical support and delivering excellent customer service - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently - Familiarity with DNS, Jira, and other relevant IT tools - Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, with the work location being in person.,
