We are seeking a talented Computer Hardware and Networking Engineer to become part of our expanding technical team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in hardware installation, network configuration, troubleshooting, and technical assistance. As a Computer Hardware and Networking Engineer, your responsibilities will include installing, setting up, and managing computer hardware systems such as PCs, routers, switches, and servers. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing and implementing LAN/WAN networks to guarantee consistent connectivity. You will be expected to promptly identify and resolve hardware and network issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of CCTV surveillance systems and LED display boards. Routine maintenance and upgrades to the IT infrastructure will also be part of your duties. You will be required to deliver on-site or remote technical support to clients and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and service records. Key Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field - Proficient in networking protocols like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc. - Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and wireless equipment - Ability to install and troubleshoot CCTV and other technical hardware - Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities - Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred for on-site support roles Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): - Experience with firewall and network security solutions - Fundamental knowledge of IP camera systems and video management software - Familiarity with LED scrolling board configuration This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus incentives.
