Senior Network Specialist

As a Network Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT infrastructure with a primary focus on network stability, security, and performance optimization. Your role will involve leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our on-premise IT infrastructure to support our secure digital growth. You should possess a deep understanding of hardware, networking, and IT security practices, along with experience in ISO compliance processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end IT network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance, troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and network issues, monitoring and optimizing systems for performance and security, implementing and enforcing network security protocols, coordinating internal IT technical support activities, and driving the implementation of IT policies aligned with ISO 27001 standards. You will also be expected to prepare for and support IT-related audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams for business continuity and disaster recovery planning, maintain detailed documentation of network architecture and assets, and manage vendors for hardware procurement and IT service contracts. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, networking, and technical support roles, proven expertise in network security management, experience in ISO 27001 audit preparation and compliance, strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and firewall configurations, relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified), excellent troubleshooting skills, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is also required.
