As a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager, you will be leading the Network Security team at a renowned company specialized in providing technology solutions and business services to global advertising and marketing agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of the network security infrastructure, with a particular focus on Check Point and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. Your role will involve leading a team of network security engineers to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the network resources. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Leadership & Management:** - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network security engineers located across the globe. - Conduct performance reviews, provide training opportunities, and foster a collaborative team environment. - **Firewall Management:** - Oversee the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Check Point and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. - Manage rule base, policy enforcement, and troubleshoot complex firewall issues. - **Security Architecture & Design:** - Contribute to designing and implementing secure network architectures aligning with industry best practices and security standards. - **Security Policy Enforcement:** - Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures to protect against security threats. - **Vulnerability Management:** - Collaborate with the Global Security Office to identify and remediate network security vulnerabilities promptly. - **Incident Response:** - Participate in incident response activities related to network security incidents and implement corrective actions. - **Security Monitoring & Analysis:** - Oversee the monitoring of network security devices and logs to analyze security events and identify potential threats. - **Vendor Management:** - Manage relationships with key security vendors, evaluate new security technologies, and solutions. - **Compliance & Auditing:** - Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards, supporting internal and external security audits. - **Budget Management:** - Manage the budget for the network security team and related projects. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience in network security with at least 5 years in a management role. - Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks and Check Point firewalls. - Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and common attack vectors. - Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PCNSE, or Check Point certifications are highly desirable. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
