Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage, and security systems. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across warehouse locations. Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (printers, scanners, barcode devices, and handheld terminals). Monitor and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) and ensure smooth integration with ERP software. Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and AMC renewals. Perform routine system backups, disaster recovery testing, and IT asset management. Ensure network uptime, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize IT performance for warehouse operations. Support automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

- Must have IT Infra monitoring having knowledge in Hardware Asset Monitoring and Software Asset Monitoring worked for Banking/IT Industry. - Should knowledge in data acquisition, forwarding agents, connectors, source configurations and designing the dashboards. - Good knowledge in IT Infra related tools architecture, logs acquisition knowledge and experience, Windows Server Hardening alerts and rules, VPN, Firewall configurations and Logs Monitoring, Cloud Logs, Tanium, Octa, Symantec, Air watch, Active Directory etc. - Provide comprehensive maintenance plans for change management review and approval. - Implement Complex Changes. - Creating Root Cause Analysis ( RCA). - Identifying areas of Service. - Improvement Program (SIP) for key clients and reducing incidents. - Recognizes successful intrusions and compromises through review and analysis of relevant event detail information. - Firewall and IPS/ IDS policy tuning Other functions.

Primary Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) & Network Access Control (NAC): Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco ISE for Network Access Control (NAC). Implement 802.1X authentication, RADIUS/TACACS+, and posture based access control. Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory (AD), MFA, and endpoint security solutions. Design policy based access control (RBAC) for wired, wireless, and VPN networks. Ensure compliance with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Least Privilege Access. Firewall Security (Fortinet FortiGate & Palo Alto): Configure and manage Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto (PAN OS) firewalls to secure network traffic. Implement firewall policies, IPS/IDS, threat prevention, and advanced security features. Deploy SSL/TLS decryption, URL filtering, and anti malware protection. Manage VPN (IPsec, SSL VPN) and site to site connectivity for secure remote access. Optimize firewall performance and conduct regular security audits. Fortinet FortiManager (FMG) & FortiEMS (Endpoint Management Server): Centralize Fortinet firewall policy management and automation using FortiManager. Manage and deploy configuration templates, policies, and firmware upgrades. Oversee Fortinet Endpoint Security Management (FortiEMS) for FortiClient deployment, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and endpoint security posture enforcement. Integrate FortiEMS with Cisco ISE for endpoint compliance checks and automated responses. Security Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor firewall logs, Cisco ISE logs, FortiAnalyzer, and SIEM solutions (Splunk, ELK, Sentinel) for threats. Investigate security incidents, apply mitigation strategies, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with SOC teams to proactively manage security alerts and breaches. Automation & Compliance: Automate security, NAC, and firewall configurations using Terraform, Ansible, or scripting (Python, Bash). Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory standards. Perform regular security assessments, penetration testing, and policy enforcement.

As a Analyst I - L2 Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our production environment. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our systems and applications to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities: Regularly monitor the production environment to ensure system health and availability and identify and resolve issues, such as system errors, performance bottlenecks, or downtime, in a timely manner. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and applications. Respond promptly to incidents reported by users or detected through monitoring systems. Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues and implement corrective actions and workarounds to restore service and minimize impact on users. Provide technical assistance to end-users and other internal teams, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the production environment, such as optimizing performance, enhancing reliability, or automating repetitive tasks. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Proficiency in XML-based system interfaces, including schema design and the use of XML-based tools such as SOAPUI and Postman, is preferred. Familiarity with Zendesk and issue management systems like JIRA. Understanding of infrastructure setup, databases, firewall configurations, cloud computing, and networking principles.
