IT Support & Network Executive

You are a proactive and skilled IT Support & Network Executive with 12 years of experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking. Your primary responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of IT equipment like desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc. You will handle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for hardware and software issues, configure Windows operating systems and applications, and support server management. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring and monitoring LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and VPN connections to ensure seamless operations. Ensuring system security, data backup, and recovery processes are carried out effectively, providing end-user support for various applications, maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs, as well as coordinating with vendors or service providers when required are integral aspects of your role. You will also leverage your 12 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration to bring strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, and maintenance to the table. Hands-on experience with networking concepts and basic router/switch configuration will be crucial, while familiarity with Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DHCP) is a definite plus. Your ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment will be key to success in this full-time role.
