Desktop Support Technician

Role Overview: You will be required to demonstrate good technical skills on Windows/MAC platforms, with a focus on providing support for Outlook and Slack configuration. Your ability to learn quickly and your knowledge of Wi-Fi configuration will be essential for this role.
