Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop support technician based in Chennai. This role will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks. Daily tasks include system administration, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and overseeing network administration. The role requires ensuring system security and optimization, supporting end-users, and maintaining infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in System Administration, including configuration and maintenance of desktop,workstation and Switches
• Skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of Network Administration, ensuring network security and reliability
• Strong Information Technology background and understanding of IT infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus
• Diploma or ITI,in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
