Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and related hardware. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving printer support queries, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT infrastructure. The role requires collaboration with other IT staff to resolve complex technical problems and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in supporting desktop computers and related hardware
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues
• Skills in printer support and maintenance
• Strong desk top and user-level support capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
