Fresher / 8months -1 Year Experience Only

Experience: 1 Year - Salary: 15k In Hand , CTC 18k( Fixed)

Fresher Eligible- Salary: 12 CTC , 9,500 Take Home(Fixed)

Job Description:

Remote Management through Team Viewer, VNC, Remote Desktop to solve Windows and Software issue.
Installation and troubleshooting of all kinds of applications used in Company
Handling customer escalations and proving solutions for the same.
Troubleshooting issues in Mails, operating systems, software/application, servers and networking device.
Installation, Customization and Administration of Windows.
Configuration of New user Profile, IP Address and LAN.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Install, configure, and maintain the virtual environment utilizing VMware Horizon View
Assisting in maintaining VDI master images and installing client applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams , Work with Local Global Teams
Provide first-level support to end-users and address their windows, macOS and IOS device-related issues
Troubleshooting and resolve Windows, VDI and MacOS issues.
100% satisfaction customer survey rate three months in a row and highest score of closer.
Diagnosed and resolved operating system, hardware and software program problems to root causes.
