Your Role as a Valued Team Member

This role will be suited to someone with a solid foundation in IT support and associated technologies, who is excited to implement leading edge concepts such as centralized endpoint management, zero trust, and security monitoring and detection. We are seeking a candidate that is a self-starter, a constant learner, who is excited to find solutions using different technologies. This role will be supporting the day to day IT operations of our United States and Americas teams. You will be expected to work the night shift starting at 11:30 PM IST - 8:00 AM IST. In addition to resolving IT issues, you will be responsible for making sure our workstations are up to date with the latest software and patches.

The culture of the team is to research solutions, share ideas, and have healthy discussions to arrive at good decisions. The team is action-oriented, supportive, and accountable to each other. Good verbal and written communication is required. We have many desktop environments so you will also need to have experience working with Windows, Mac and Linux OS.


Roles & Responsibilities

Remediating and patching issues on all workstations

User Management, User Authentication, Device Management, Security Management

Working knowledge on Windows, Mac, Linux platforms.

Experience with Google Workspace

Familiarity with Antivirus tools such as Crowdstrike or equivalent

Microsoft 365 and experience with Sharepoint

Experience with using MDM solutions. Experience with Hexnode is plus

Configuration, Installation and troubleshooting issues

Installing and updating operating system, applications and software

Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Monitor the performance of a company's security infrastructure


Skills And Qualifications

Ability to work the night shift

Curiosity and creativity in finding solutions

Day-to-day IT support

Support / Troubleshooting experience for SaaS and remote working environments

Experience in scripting (shell or python)and an aptitude for automation

Relevant experience in implementing MDM solutions

Strong written and spoken English language skills.

Strong Communication and Collaboration skills.

Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
