Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and solutions related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software. Set up user accounts, profiles, and manage access permissions. Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook, and antivirus. Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, WiFi, printer sharing). Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs. Maintain and update documentation related to IT assets and configurations. Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and updates. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs/replacements. Required Skills:Good knowledge of Windows OS (7, 10, 11), MS Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable, responsible, and proactive in resolving problems.
