Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the ticket process and SLAs related to incidents and service requests, as well as striving for First Call Resolution (FCR). You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and network issues in collaboration with the core team and principle vendors. Your role will involve providing technical support for Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and Networking. Additionally, you will be tasked with assembling computers, maintaining company peripherals such as printers and scanners, and creating user profiles for customizing desktop settings. Ensuring the functionality of desktop systems across departments by conducting regular evaluations and maintenance will be part of your routine. You will also plan and execute repairs and system upgrades, utilizing helpdesk systems to prioritize workload and update queries and calls efficiently. In this role, you will install and configure various software applications like MS Office 2000/XP, MS Projects, MS Outlook for email access, and Internet Explorer. Your keen eye for detail will help you identify and suggest possible improvements in processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.,
