2. Daily IMS Call Reassigning3. Vendor Coordination4. Check all servers and storage status5. File and folder access on server6. Backup job execution for listed restoration jobs7. Anti-Virus Management8. Inventory Management (IT Infrastructure)9. Data Center Environment Monitoring10. To Configure New desktop and laptop11. Monitoring Network at site12. Open Lab ECM administration and backup monitoring13. User access management for QC Application14. Backup and Restoration Management15. Prepare and maintain attachments of IT SOPs16. To apply desktop policy17. Perform Monthly audit trail backup of chromeleon application18. Implement and Support Audio and Video Conferencing and WebEx facility.
