Greetings !!!

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer who has a good hands on experience in desktop, laptop and printed related issues along with IT Asset Management.

Location:

Role & responsibilities

Hardware knowledge of Desktop / Laptop / Printers
Strong Knowledge of Windows desktop OS installation/troubleshooting/ Upgrades ( Win 10 / Win 11 / MAC OS is optional )
Installation & troubleshooting of desktop applications. ( MS office / VPN clients / Outlook email clients )
Basic networking & Troubleshooting of LAN Network, Wi-Fi-related issues.
Good knowledge of Antivirus clients & troubleshooting.
Remote support & guiding the users in resolving the system-related, network-related issues.
Coordinating with OEM / Vendor for repair / warranty-related issues.
Basic knowledge on MS office ( word / excel )
