Job Description:

CD International School, Sector 71, Gurugram is looking for a Desktop Engineer with good knowledge of computer hardware and CCTV systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues
• Maintenance of printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Installation, configuration, and monitoring of CCTV cameras
• Provide LAN and internet connectivity support
• Offer technical assistance to teachers and school staff
• Perform regular system checks and basic data backup

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic networking
• Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
• Prior experience as a Desktop Engineer or IT Support (preferred)
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to stay on the school campus

Experience:

Minimum 1 year preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)
