Role: Desktop Engineer Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Delhi NCR Job Description: Installation, maintenance, and resolution of day-to-day user support calls Installation and updating of desktop operating systems and other software Configuration and maintenance of email clients Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 OS and client-level applications Testing and validation of system functionality Physical setup of computers and installation of software systems Remote desktop/software troubleshooting Support for Windows networking (wired and wireless) File and printer sharing services Antivirus installation and issue resolution at the client level Printer, scanner, and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting Experience with ticketing systems Experience with patching and software updates Job Specifications: Qualification: Graduate or any Technical Degree/Diploma Certifications: MCP / MCSA / MCSE (preferred) Experience: 3–5 Years Communication Skills: Should have a good command of written and spoken English Show more Show less
