Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user journey across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.

Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.

Create visual artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and storyboards.

Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills Required:

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with prototyping tools like Axure, InVision, or Balsamiq.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Passion for user-centered design and continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX design.
