Job Description

As a Senior User Experience Designer at UST, your role is pivotal in leading the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interaction and satisfaction for users across web and mobile platforms. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, developing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis will be crucial in informing design decisions. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals is key. Advocating for user-centered design principles and mentoring junior designers to contribute to design best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, creating visual artifacts like journey maps, personas, and storyboards and staying updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation - Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups - Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals - Advocate for user-centered design principles and mentor junior designers - Create visual artifacts like journey maps, personas, and storyboards - Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in UX design At UST, the core values of humility, humanity, and integrity shape our culture.
