🎨 Now Hiring: Motorcycle / 2-Wheeler Designer 📍 Location: Pune 🏢 Industry: Automotive | EV & 2-Wheeler Design Innovation 📅 Experience Level: 3 – 8 years We are now hiring for India’s leading player in the personal mobility and urban transport transformation solutions sector, which exports its two and 3 wheelers to over 70 countries and clocking a revenue of approximately, US$ 6.Billion in the last fiscal year. 🔧 Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative Motorcycle / 2-Wheeler Designer to join our Product Design R&D division. If you live and breathe two-wheeler design, have a pulse on future mobility trends, and want to build visually stunning yet technically feasible products, this role is for you. You will be responsible for ideation, sketching, concept development, and 3D modeling of 2-wheeler concepts that blend brand identity, global user preferences, and feasibility within engineering constraints. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Develop fresh and innovative design concepts for motorcycles and scooters Create high-impact visual presentations using sketching, rendering, and digital tools Model concepts in 3D using Alias Sub-D, Maya, or Blender Ensure design feasibility from packaging and production perspectives Contribute to global styling cues and develop design strategies aligned with brand DNA Track design and technology trends in 2-wheeled mobility Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, ergonomics, and product teams Drive creativity within time and technical constraints 🎯 What We’re Looking For Essential Skills: Exceptional sketching, rendering, and digital presentation skills Proficiency in 3D digital concept modeling tools: Alias Sub-D, Maya, Blender Strong sense of form, proportion, color, and graphics Ability to communicate design intent clearly in English Design thinking & user empathy for diverse markets Proven portfolio of concept designs for 2-wheelers or similar consumer products Preferred Add-Ons: Understanding of global automotive design language Exposure to production feasibility reviews and packaging alignment Ability to visualize future trends and apply them to product styling 🎓 Desired Qualifications M.Des in Industrial/Product/Transportation Design from NID, IDC-IIT, Coventry (UK), or equivalent top-tier institutions Consistent academic performance across SSC, HSC, and Graduation 🌟 Ideal Candidate Attributes High energy and creative drive Open to feedback with a continuous learning mindset Strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity Passionate about mobility, design innovation, and brand-driven aesthetics Show more Show less
