Tasks and responsibilities :  Interaction for the design brief from the Internal Team/Sr. management/Client etc.  Minuting the brief & confirming the same to the client.  Working and conceiving the design directions for the given projects  Preparation of Layouts, zoning of the approved design project.  Preparation of Detail Technical Drawings.  Briefing Vendors for drawings, details, post approval of design material & application of the same in design concepts.  Maintaining of related Document process till the client acknowledges the receipt.  Visiting Sites & supervising the progress of the job as per the requirement.  Co-ordination with client for any clarifications / issues at site & recording the same for continuity.  Validating detailed drawings.  Co-Ordinating & maintaining good relationship with the co-staff.  Any other work assigned from time to time by Team Head / Directors.  Candidate should have good knowledge & experience in working on software’s such as. Position: 3D Visualizer Department: Design Reports to: Design Head Qualification: Related Courses Experience: 2 - 3 yrs work experience in Commercial / Retail Interiors / Hospitality Overview: Qualified, skilled and versatile 3D modelling graphic designers to help visualize spatial concepts for retail façade and interiors. This position will collaborate closely with design team leads and spatial designers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has passion for spatial and interior design. Knowledge of graphic design or photography will be an advantage. Tasks and responsibilities: Work with interior designers and architects to create 3D rendered models for retail design schemes (stills and walk throughs). Incorporation of graphics, merchandising and lighting schemes as required for the concept, as envisioned by the designer, in 3D visualization. Work closely with the designer to give suggestions to improve the overall quality of rendering of the concept for best results. Decide on the best views to take for getting the best result in creating a presentation of the concept to the client. Recommend updated software versions for delivering better results. Skills •Strong time-management and the ability to be self-directed when needed. •Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline- driven environment and able to manage priorities well. •Acumen to think spatially and recommend best views for creating impactful presentation to clients. Understanding of Spatial and aesthetics of Commercial / Retail Interior Design. Basic understanding of lighting design, materials and finishes. Good working knowledge of 3D rendering software. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Practitioner of photography is an added advantage.
