Role: Design Team Lead
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Design Team Lead to join our Indore office. You'll lead a team working on ESG branding, corporate design, and sustainability-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & guide the design teamCreate high-impact visuals using CorelDRAW & Adobe SuiteManage end-to-end design for branding, reports & marketingEnsure quality control and design consistencyCollaborate with cross-functional teamsInnovate & integrate design trends

Requirements:
7+ years in visual design & leadership rolesProficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative SuiteStrong design thinking, visual storytelling, and layout skillsTeam leadership experienceBonus: UI/UX or motion graphics skills
