Design Team Lead

As the Design Team Lead at Corpsustain Ventures in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in leading a creative team focused on ESG branding, corporate design, and sustainability communication. Corpsustain Ventures is a global sustainability consulting firm known for its impactful advisory services and innovative digital solutions. With a strong portfolio of work with global DFIs and industry leaders, we are committed to driving environmental and social transformation through technology and strategic partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include leading and guiding the design team, creating impactful visuals using CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite, managing end-to-end design projects for branding, reports, and marketing, ensuring design quality control and consistency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating innovative design trends. Your role will require at least 7 years of experience in visual design and leadership positions, proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite, strong design thinking and layout skills, experience in team leadership, and a bonus for UI/UX or motion graphics skills.
