Job Title: Associate - Graphic Designer Location: Mumbai or Bangalore What you will do: Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives that align with the brand voice. Adapt and roll out approved concepts to various sizes and formats. Maintain design consistency across all projects. Work with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma. Support in editing basic video or animation content (optional, based on skills). Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Who you are: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with layout design, typography, and color theory. Good communication and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work. Experience in motion graphics/video editing is a plus. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Experience with creating creatives for performance marketing or e-commerce. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Role & responsibilities * Develop compelling visual designs for all internal and external communication packaging, brochures, sales decks, product catalogs, banners, posters, and more. * Collaborate with the digital team to design website wireframes, landing pages, and improve overall user experience (UX) and interface (UI). * Maintain visual brand identity across all touchpoint including print, packaging, digital and social media creatives. * Design creative layouts and graphics for the companys Monthly news bulletin, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content. * Create animated GIFs, short videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns. * Lead the conceptualisation and design of packaging for new and existing products, in line with international standards and export norms. * Work closely with marketing, digital, sales, and production teams to understand design requirements and deliver on time.
