Design Strategist

Role Overview: As a Design Thinking Facilitator at WNS, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and innovation through leadership interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and deliver end-to-end service design projects, facilitate workshops, and promote design thinking methodologies within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct primary and secondary research to discover market and customer insights, journeys, and personas - Support and lead design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to establish a vision and develop strategic plans for digital transformation - Design, compile, and collaborate on creating content and toolkits required for client workshops, including Miro boards, ideation toolkits, presentations, and prototypes - Manage end-to-end strategy projects - Participate in proposals and pitches to integrate design thinking into projects and enhance revenue through talent utilization - Conduct customer research, gather insights, and drive innovation - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Promote Design Thinking within the organization by developing materials for internal stakeholders to learn and apply design thinking effectively Qualifications: - Masters degree in Design, Business [MBA], or a related field - 5+ years of experience in design thinking, service design, strategy, consulting, or a related field - Excellent facilitation and communication skills - Proficient in design thinking, service design, and strategic consulting methodologies - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting - Strong project management capabilities - Experience in leading workshops and trainings - Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities If you are enthusiastic about leveraging design thinking methodologies to propel innovation and digital transformation while demonstrating successful leadership interactions, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at WNS.,
