Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barasat-I for a Graphic Designer at LTZCLUB FASHION PVT LTD.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of color combinations, child-friendly aesthetics, and design balance.
• Create

  prints, patterns, and graphics

  tailored for children’s garments and brand packaging.
• Support fashion designers with

  illustrations, artwork placement, and print-ready files

  for kids-wear
• Creative flair and an

  eye for color, texture, and pattern

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Develop catalogues, look-books, and promotional materials highlighting kids’ collections.
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is preferred

Qualifications

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and market demands to design new collections (Kids-wear).
• Create sketches, CAD designs, and detailed tech packs for production.
• Select fabrics, trims, and colors suitable for the target markets.
• Work closely with merchandisers, factories, and sampling units to ensure design feasibility and production quality.
• Adapt designs based on buyer/customer feedback and market response

💰 Salary Range: Around ₹45,000 as NTH

Role Description

Designation

Years of Experience: 4-6 years

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between buyers, designers, and production teams.
• Coordinate sampling, buyer approvals, and bulk production timelines.
• Handle

  costing, pricing, order confirmations, and purchase orders (POs)

  with vendors/factories.
• Manage production follow-ups to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Monitor quality standards across garments and accessories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and factories.
• Prepare reports on production status, order tracking, and inventory updates.
