Designation: Graphic Designer Years of Experience: Fresher - 2 years Responsibilities will be : Creating innovative and trendy fashion designs, coordinating with the embroidery team, ensuring proper fitting of garments, and selecting appropriate textiles. The role includes designing collections, sketching, pattern making, fabric selection, and overseeing the entire production process to ensure high-quality finished products. Qualifications: Strong understanding of color combinations, child-friendly aesthetics, and design balance. Create prints, patterns, and graphics tailored for children’s garments and brand packaging. Support fashion designers with illustrations, artwork placement, and print-ready files for kids-wear Creative flair and an eye for color, texture, and pattern Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Strong communication and collaboration skills Develop catalogues, look-books, and promotional materials highlighting kids’ collections. The role also involves collaborating with the production team and keeping up to date with current fashion trends. Qualifications : Research fashion trends, fabrics, and market demands to design new collections (Kids-wear). Create sketches, CAD designs, and detailed tech packs for production. Select fabrics, trims, and colors suitable for the target markets. Work closely with merchandisers, factories, and sampling units to ensure design feasibility and production quality. Adapt designs based on buyer/customer feedback and market response 💰 Salary Range: Around ₹45,000 as NTH _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barasat-I for a Merchandiser at LTZCLUB FASHION PVT LTD. Designation : Merchandiser Years of Experience: 4-6 years Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between buyers, designers, and production teams. Coordinate sampling, buyer approvals, and bulk production timelines. Handle costing, pricing, order confirmations, and purchase orders (POs) with vendors/factories. Manage production follow-ups to ensure timely and quality deliveries. Monitor quality standards across garments and accessories. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and factories.
