Design Specialist

Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their digital marketing career who is eager to develop skills in design, content creation, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, advertisements, posters, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit short-form video content such as reels, promotional clips, and social media videos.
• Assist with in-office video shoots and on-site filming, particularly for real estate projects.
• Support basic SEO activities, including keyword research and monitoring campaign performance.
• Help plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Contribute to basic UI/UX design tasks for websites and landing pages.
• Stay informed on current design and social media trends and share fresh, creative ideas with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or a strong interest in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Fundamental video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• An interest in videography and visual storytelling.
• Curiosity about SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Willingness to learn UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• A creative, detail-oriented, organized individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
